It was a very sunny day and the sun was directly in our face so we thought it was going to be close to the pin and I was looking for a very short birdie put. After arriving at the green we didn't se the ball and I thought it might have went into the sand trap. Albert said he was going to check the cup and to our great surprise my ball was in the hole. This is my second Ace. My first one was 30 years ago. I hope I don't have to wait another 30years for the next one. |

To put it in prospective , a hole in one odds are 13,000 to 1. According to Golf Digest, an Albatross is 6,000,000 or roughly 460 time more rare than a hole in one! 500 yard Par 5, 260 yard drive, with a 240 2nd shot (with driver) into the cup! I had to buy drinks for all the guys in my party and we had a blast, or what I can remember of it! |

All of us walked to the green together and looked for my ball. One individual said he would look in the hole and chuckled. When he got to the hole and looked down he began jumping up and down and said Hole-In-One, Hole in one, I've never played with anyone before who has shot a Hole-In-One. We were playing league matches with "THREE CLUBS and a PUTTER". I hit my 3 wood 252 leaving 211 to the center. I hit a sweet 6 iron straight at the green. It was getting dark and we all knew it was heading to the green, but didn't see where it landed. The other 4 guys found their balls and I presumed I ran off the back. Mark said, "Somebody's already in the hole!" I looked and sure enough it was mine!!! What a night. I birdied the par 3 after that as well! |
